The Brazil Open begins

The first tournament in the history of the circuit on Brazilian soil has already begun with a pre-qualifying phase that took its first step today and will conclude tomorrow, Sunday. On Monday it will be the turn of the qualifiers and on Tuesday the final draw of the Brazil Open will begin at the Clube Recreativo Dores.

Javier Bahhouri and Emiliano Ruzo made history by defeating Almeida-Furghestti 7/6 6/4 in the first A1 Padel match in Brazil, although the main part of the pre qualifiers will be played tomorrow Sunday at the Cesla Complexo de Esporte e Lazer.

From 10:00 local time, the top seeds from the pre-qualifying round will make their debuts, with Lacamoire-Britos, Danuzzo-Souza, Cordoba-Mandrile and Dametto-Solenghi standing out.

The top four pairings from this phase will advance to the qualifiers which will be played throughout Monday.

Later on Tuesday, Wednesday and even Thursday, as it is an Open, the top pairings on tour will make their debut in the main draw of this A1P Brazil Open.
